Payments must be done at the time of purchase. Every order will be taken charge upon receipt of payment.
The cost paid at the time of purchase includes shipping charges and italian VAT taxes.
Order cancellations will be accepted no later than 24h from payment.
Sara Gambarelli Handmade in Italy ships worldwide.
Most of items are made to order, so the production time can vary.
Shipments are normally processed on time estimated in the table you can find in the description of each product, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.
During periods of increasing demand (as december, for exemple), these times can be longer, so be sure to order the goods in advance so that I can make a good work.
Shipping costs can change depending to the item and to your location.
Regarding this, please check the shipping cost table in the product page by selecting the destination country.
If you're a buyer from outside EU, at the moment you'll receive the package you could find an extra charge to pay directly to the courier (he'll anticipate the amount for you when the package will pass through the custom).
The amount is determined by the importing Country and they could vary widely depending on the product imported. That's why I can't estimate the custom charge when I sell a product.
Custom charges are responsibility of the buyer.
All shipments are carried out with Poste Italiane, which itself relies on external couriers. I have no power to decide which courier makes the delivery.
Deliveries are processed according to the times below:
- 1 working day for orders equal or superior to 20€;
- 5-7 working days for orders of less than 20€
Rest of the world:
- 5-7 working days for orders equal or superior to 60€;
- 15-20 working days for orders of less than 60€.
These times are estimated in normal conditions according to the guarantees of the courier and in my personal experience as seller. I do not assume responsibility for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to the absence of the recipient during the delivery, to failures of the courier and errors of the the customer or any other cause that is not dependent by my direct responsibility.
To be sure of a safe delivery, please indicate a valid garrisoned address.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: For shipments outside Italy the courier requests a phone number. Please include it in the notes at the moment of the order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
RETURNS OF CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS NORMALLY ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
However, if you're having a problem with the goods you've purchased and you can prove it's because of my failure, I can accept a return request.
If you find a manufacturing defect, if you've got a problem with size or if you've received a product different from what you've asked for, please contact me as soon as possible WITHIN 3 CALENDAR DAYS FROM RECEIPT of products. Write me a message on Etsy, specifying in the object: RETURN REQUEST and the order code number (released at the moment of purchase) and arguing why you would return the goods and get a refund, better if the request is accompanied by photographic material.
I will not accept returns in the cases below:
- you have already used the item;
- the goods are damaged;
- the goods are no longer in their original state;
- you provided wrong measurements at the moment of the order;
- you changed your mind;
- you want to return the product because of a late delivery.
For every ready made product (as scarves, necklaces...) returns are accepted within 14 calendar days since you've received the products, as provided by European legislation in force.
Just send me a message via Etsy within 14 calendar days, specifying in the object: RETURN REQUEST and the order code number (released at the moment of purchase) and text me the product you want to return.
When your return request will be accepted, I will send you a message with all the informations for shipping back and I will provide a refund to the original payment method you've used for the order.
The refund only includes price of the goods: it does not include shipping cost.
The refund of the product price will be made within 14 calendar days since the day that the return/refund request was sent by the client as described above. The refund will be made only if, by these 14 days, I received the product back or I received the proof (tracking number) that the return shipping was made.
Shipping costs and custom duties and taxes for returning the product are responsibility of the client.
To receive back the whole amount initially paid for the product, the product must be returned in its original state, not worn, clean and intact, with all tags attached and in the original package. Failing to meet these requirements will result in a diminishing of the product value, which will be subtracted from the total refunded amount.
